SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made between ABC Studios Ltd (“Client”) and XYZ Creative (“Service Provider”).
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Services” means the services described in this Agreement.
1.3 “Fees” means the amounts payable under this Agreement.
2. SERVICES
2.1 The Service Provider will provide the Services to the Client.
2.1.1 The Services include strategy and production support.
2.2 The Service Provider will use reasonable skill and care.
4. PAYMENT
4.1 The Client will pay ₦2,000,000 for the Services.
4.2 The Fees are payable in two instalments:
4.1.1 50% on signing this Agreement.
4.1.2 50% on completion of the project.
6. TERMINATION
6.1 Either party may terminate on 14 days’ written notice.

Yes, but we recommend taking extra care with sensitive documents during the private beta. TidyDraft doesn’t use generative AI or require you to upload your agreement to a separate website. It processes document content to make corrections, with limited temporary caching and technical diagnostics. Read our Privacy & Data page to understand how this works.
